Job Highlights
- Responsible for review of sales plans, inventory levels and purchases for stores/buyers not meeting targeted recommendations
- Lead the facilitating process in order to resolve buying issues with all levels of the organization
- Perform root cause analysis and develop short and long term solutions
- Participate in application of development plans
- Work with an established project team
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Retail buying and inventory management systems
- Experience making buying decisions at a management level
- Strong analytical skills and organizational skills
- Proven track record on delivery and results performance
- Strong listening skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and problem solve within tight timelines
- Ability to communicate on a technical and business level
- Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office a must
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingualism an asset
