Human Resources Manager - Ottawa, Ontario

As part of the Human Resources team reporting to the Director of Store Human Resources, you will be responsible for supporting stores in all areas of Human Resources and acting as a training session leader in the areas of Customer Service, Leadership and Communication, Performance Management and other Human Resources related sessions. In addition, you will be responsible for researching and implementing employment and training subsidy programs as well as reviewing policies, practices and processes related to staff recruitment and retention.

Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Two years experience in Human Resources in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of retail store operations
- Extensive travelling with overnight stays
- Bilingualism (English and French) an asset
